Join Our Team as a Non-Voice Team Leader!

Are you a seasoned leader ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment? We're looking for a Non-Voice Team Leader to help us build and optimize our operations from the ground up.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: ₱45,000

Fixed Schedule: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (on-site)

Fixed Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays

Location: San Pedro, Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a non-voice team in a dynamic, high-pressure startup setting.
Utilize a data-driven approach to understand high-level performance metrics and drive strategic decisions.
Develop and implement new processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency in establishing foundational systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a team leader in a non-voice capacity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
A proactive and innovative mindset, capable of establishing new processes where none exist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
