Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounting Analyst to join our growing team.- Work Location: Cagayan Valley Road, Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Position Overview
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting production and operational costs. The role ensures accurate cost allocation, supports budgeting and forecasting, and provides insights to improve cost efficiency and overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead
- Prepare and maintain cost accounting records, reports, and reconciliations
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to cost accounting
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory costing and valuation
- Coordinate with operations and other departments regarding cost-related data
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including cost allocations and adjustments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and procedures
✅ Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
- Preferably with experience in cost accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory and cost accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan
