Management Trainee - Sales (B2B Construction Materials)

Description

We are looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Management Trainee – Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales and business development while gaining hands-on experience working closely with our management team.

As a Management Trainee – Sales, you will join the daily sales operations, assist in client coordination, and help drive revenue growth. You will be exposed to key business processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management, with a clear path for a future leadership roles within the company.

This is a direct path to promotion as a sales manager within 6 months to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and expanding client base
• Support in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Conduct market research and identify potential leads
• Help manage client accounts and ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in training programs and learn sales strategies, negotiation, and business development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills

• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits if needed
