MAJOR:

  1. Support the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping and employee data.
  2. Administer government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure timely processing and remittance.
  3. Compute and process employees’ final pay accurately, including deductions, leave conversions, and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  4. Assist in maintaining and updating employee compensation records in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  5. Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, payroll, and benefits, providing timely and accurate responses.
  6. Prepare and review inorganic employee DTR (Daily Time Record) and billing to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
  7. Maintain and secure 201 employee files, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

MINOR:

  1. Educate employees on available benefits programs and policies to promote understanding and utilization.
  2. Support the preparation of reports and analysis related to payroll, compensation, and benefits for management review.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to compensation benchmarking, benefits program evaluation, and HRIS implementation.
  4. Recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction in compensation and benefits management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or similar course
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in compensation & benefits
  • Above average knowledge in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa
