Hr generalist - Manila

An HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and policy implementation, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Basic understanding in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Communication and coordination with outsourced partners.
• Support internal operations, common tasks and needs.
• Coordination with the training and development team.
• Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Assist in general performance management and processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Support workplace culture and employee engagement efforts
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaboration to external parties or agencies

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
• At least 1 year of experience in HR generalist and recruitment
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Experience in sourcing methods (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong, effective verbal and written communication skills
• MS and Google space skills
• General knowledge in labor laws
• Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
• Can start immediately
