About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join Westfair Marketing, Inc. in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our retail operations at the branch level.As Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our retail strategy, responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role is crucial to the success of our store and directly contributes to the overall growth and profitability of Westfair Marketing, Inc.
Key responsibilities- Oversee all daily operational activities of the branch, including inventory management, staffing, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Plan and execute promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximise sales
- Maintain stock levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure product availability
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Report regularly to senior management on branch performance and key metrics
- Foster a positive store culture that reflects the values and brand of Westfair Marketing, Inc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency in financial management and budget control
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Customer service excellence and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Preferably with experience in the consumer products or general retail sector
- Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer preferences in the Antipolo City area would be advantageous
