Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledgeable in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin and English; minimum of 2 years in the same position; Proven experience in purchasing and preferably in the renewable solar panel industrial and familiarity with contract management, supplier relationship and risk management; Knowledge of solar panel components, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
