We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support the daily upkeep and operations of our office and facilities.
The role primarily involves performing basic maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs, as well as ensuring cleanliness and order in all areas—including outdoor spaces and hard-to-reach sections. The staff member will also conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and functionality, assist in moving supplies, arranging furniture, and setting up for meetings or events.Coordination with external service providers for major repairs may also be required.
In addition, the role includes driving duties when needed. This involves transporting staff, guests, or materials for official activities, ensuring the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good condition, and reporting any issues promptly.
The position also supports general operations, including assisting in event preparation and cleanup, handling deliveries or document transport, and performing other related tasks as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- With experience in basic maintenance or handyman work
- Can drive and holds a valid driver’s license
- Responsible, dependable
- Willing to do multi-tasking and fieldwork when needed
