Job Summary:

The Helper / Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and overall upkeep of assigned areas while providing support in daily housekeeping and general tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
  • Wash, fold, and organize linens, towels, and cleaning materials when required
  • Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste segregation
  • Replenish cleaning and household supplies as needed
  • Assist in arranging and organizing furniture and equipment
  • Report damages, repairs, or maintenance concerns
  • Follow cleaning schedules and company standards
  • Support basic errands and other housekeeping-related tasks
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of cleaning equipment
  • Maintain professionalism and respect privacy in the workplace
