Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in ServiceNow and JavaScript is required for this position
• Solid experience in UI, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML
• Knowledgeable in creating documentation and presentations
• Willing to work onsite in Laguna

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Manage and maintain CMDB, custom workflows, scripts, and UI policies.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and adhere to architecture standards.
• Train IT staff to enhance global support capabilities.
• Identify and implement tech-driven process improvements.
• Represent Global IT internally and externally.
• Drive service quality and user satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including travel management.
• Create user guides, documentation, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, personnel, and regulatory standards.
