• Light Commercial AC – Units designed for small-to-medium businesses requiring robust cooling.
• Commercial AC – Scalable cooling systems for larger facilities.
• Industrial AC – High-capacity solutions including air handling units, chiller systems, rooftop packages, and heat pumps.

Position Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical aircon specifications and client needs—from residential homeowners to large-scale industrial clients. Your role will involve presenting tailored solutions, securing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Conduct technical presentations and proposals for various aircon product lines
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to deliver custom HVAC solutions
• Provide quotes, manage contracts, and drive sales targets across all segments
• Guide clients on features like inverter technology, energy efficiency, and system types (VRF, chiller, rooftop, etc.)
• Support after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction
• Engage in marketing activities, trade fairs, and dealer training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Licensed ME preferred)
• Experience in HVAC sales or technical sales engineering
• Solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to different client environments
• Willingness to travel and manage customer visits or projects
