At least 1 year experience in spare parts management, planning and budgeting in Facilities Engineering in a manufacturing plant.
Good working knowledge in mechanical, electrical, electronics and controls equipment in a manufacturing setup.
Good planning, organizing, and scheduling skills.
Knowledgeable in MP2 system
Proficient in MS Office Application and familiar in Integrated Management System
Knowledgeable in purchase request process

Job description

Manages stores operations/ inventory and coordinates budget/outlook implementation.
Responsible for the inventory of facilities equipment and building assets
Responsible for the functionality and control of tools and small equipment in all functional areas in facilities department.
Administers facilities IMS records including updating and archiving activities.
Leads facilities technicians in the planning and implementation of major engineering projects assigned to the facilities department.
Responsible for the implementation and execution of data monitoring for the energy management related initiatives.
Ensures the accurate monitoring of plant energy data and provides analysis and recommends the course of action for the department to hit its energy management targets.
Provides support for projects that include planning and implementation of new facilities systems and equipment that will improve the efficiency and capacity of the plant facilities and utilities to achieve the company’s global competitiveness.
