Key Responsibilities:
- Serve orders promptly and ensure correct presentation of food
- Attend to customer needs, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations
- Clear and reset tables quickly for the next customers
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen staff when needed (e.g., food preparation, restocking)
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without experience (experience in food service is a plus
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
