Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, invoices, and other sales-related documents
- Process customer orders and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with order follow-ups
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team
- Monitor inventory and assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation of sales transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales administration or customer support is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
