Sales Admin / Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, invoices, and other sales-related documents
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with order follow-ups
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team
  • Monitor inventory and assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports
  • Ensure accurate filing and documentation of sales transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales administration or customer support is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
