QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST performs but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Participate in QC section’s and individual’s performance measures (KPI) establishment
- Prepare an annual calendar in relation to achievement of individual KPI
- Prepare schedule on purchasing, receiving and issuance of materials needed for daily operations of assigned BU
- Prepare schedule on calibration and preventive maintenance of your assigned QC Equipment (Pet Owner) of assigned BU
- Prepare schedule on sanitation and cleaning of assigned Laboratory Area of assigned BU
- Plot weekly schedule based on Quality Plan and special task.
- Perform raw material receiving, in process testing and finished goods releasing based on Quality Plan based on assigned BU
- Perform inspection according to set schedule and give disposition on Potentially Non-Conforming Materials and Finished Goods based on approved Work Instruction and Guidelines based on assigned BU
- Perform Compliance Task to ensure adherence to ISO Standards based based on assigned BU
- Create Purchase Request in SAP on all lab supplies and services based on approved budget for the assigned BU
- Perform Goods Receipt in SAP on all lab supplies received and services done for the assigned BU
- Perform Good Issuance in SAP for all consumed lab supplies for the assigned BU
- Perform testing on External Proficiency and Inter Laboratory Samples based schedule and approved Analytical Procedure
- Take modules based QA Curriculum based on schedule and assigned role
- Ensure execution of calibration and preventive maintenance based on plan of assigned QC Equipment
- Ensure validity of NIR and Method Calibration used based on Quality Plan
- Maintain sanitation and cleaning compliance of your assigned QC Area
- Participate on daily/weekly/monthly tier meetings within QA
- Review and analyze results of all inspections and testing performed in a per shift basis and correlate needed actions based on Quality Plan
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or Chemical Engineering.Preferably a Licensed Chemist, Microbiologist or Licensed Chemical Technician.
Preferably with 1 yr. experienced specialized in Quality Control in a Manufacturing Industry or in laboratory experience.
Amendable to work in shifting schedule including night shift.
