Pre-Press Graphic Designer

Office-Based | Marquee Mall, Angeles City

You must have strong design skills and a deep understanding of both digital and print formats.

• Review and prepare client files/artwork to ensure they are ready for pre-press or print production.
• Accept, review, and generate proofs of client files in line with project deadlines.
• Ensure all job instructions and specifications from the invoice are strictly followed.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality to consistently meet client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders, the imposition team, and the production department to ensure the delivery of high-quality printed materials.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Adobe Suite in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pre-press, graphic design, or similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong knowledge of print production standards: pre-flighting, bleed, trapping, overprint, CMYK conversion, resolution settings, etc.
• Experience in publishing or printing companies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Can troubleshoot technical issues and handle tight deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is an advantage.
• Flexible and willing to assist in other departments when needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a drive to learn and grow.
