Facilities and Maintenance Office
We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Officer to oversee all mechanical-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of equipment and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart from our candidate pool.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect equipment to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Maintain, Repair, and do preventive maintenance of the following equipment: Coffee Machine, All types of Aircon, Kitchen Equipment, Freezer, Chiller, Oven, and Dough mixers.
- With experience in the construction of new and renovated coffee shops/restaurants.
- Amenable to work and visit stores in different locations.
- Proven experience as a facilities supervisor or relevant position
- With work experience in Food and Beverages Industry
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- With hands-on experience in the execution and monitoring of engineering projects and maintenance works and familiar with the Work Order Completion process.
- Basic knowledge of civil works, plumbing, and electricity
- Must be able to use basic MS Office Applications.
