Assistant Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise the Finance Department.
- Monitor and manage the company's bank relationships and liquidity management.
- Support the Finance Manager and management in preparing monthly reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of billing issuance.
- Monitor and provide control over the Credit and Collection Team.
- Review and approve disbursement/check vouchers.
- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations on taxes, duties, and reports.
- Handle month-end tasks for the Finance Department.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accounting, preferably CPA.
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting or Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Experience in an extensive ERP or SAP environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Filipino.
