Associate Research Director - Quezon City

Location: Philippines

• Full overall responsibility and Leadership of your business unit in Qualitative Dept.
• Managing the business unit’s revenues, growth and profitability.
• The Qualitative Director is a member of the country management team and supports the Managing Director in overall company management.

• Hands-on management of all projects, and team leadership
• Budgeting and budget management of the department.
• Team building, training, motivation and management
• Biz Development & Client Servicing
• Hands-on project management including:
• Taking briefs, writing & following up on proposals, writing discussion guides.
• Briefing and supervising FGDs, Project & Client management,
• Analysis, Insights development, Report & Presentation to clients.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Qualitative Research
• 8 - 15 years of Qualitative research experience with min 5-6 years managing a team
• Strong research agency experience is a must
• Team leadership and management skills
• Good Biz Dev & Client Servicing skills
• Ability to manage the revenue and cost budgets of the division
• Good presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Fluency (verbal and written) in English essential
• First degree in Psychology / Sociology + Masters in Marketing / MBA or equivalent
