Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end service delivery and operational processes
- Lead complex transitions and manage stakeholder relationships
- Provide coaching and support to team members for skill enhancement
- Maintain consistent application of service standards and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience managing teams in a customer service focused area
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
