Sales Admin — Industrial Hydraulic Tools (WFH + occasional client visits)

We sell specialized hydraulic tools (Powerteam, CEJN, RAD Torque, Hydraulic Technologies, SUN RUN) to industrial clients across the Philippines — cement plants, power stations, mining, LNG, and heavy manufacturing. Our clients include Philcement, Taganito HPAL, Semirara Power, SMC Mariveles, LNG PH, and Aboitiz Power.

We are hiring a Sales Admin to own the outbound pipeline for these clients. This role is not for someone looking for quick wins. Our sales cycles are 2 to 6 months. You will spend your first 90 days learning the products, building your pipeline, and booking meetings.

Your first closed deal will likely happen in month 4 to 6.

What you will actually do:

  • Cold call and email procurement managers, maintenance engineers, and plant managers at industrial companies
  • Send product brochures, request accreditations, and follow up relentlessly
  • Prepare Purchase Requests, Quotations, and technical documentation
  • Occasionally visit client sites with a senior sales rep (we travel together, company shoulders costs)
  • Learn the technical side of hydraulic torque tools well enough to discuss specs with engineers
