Affiliate Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBLITIES
- Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach: Identify, source, and onboard potential TikTok affiliates and creators that align with brand objectives. Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities to grow the affiliate network.
- Affiliate Management & Support: Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, answer inquiries, provide campaign guidelines, and ensure creators understand deliverables, timelines, and platform requirements.
- Affiliate Screening & Activation: Review affiliate applications and content profiles to assess brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance. Approve qualified affiliates and support them through the activation process.
- Campaign Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate participation, track content submissions and video links, follow up on pending deliverables, and ensure campaign objectives and deadlines are met. Analyze affiliate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Content & Brand Compliance: Develop and communicate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and copywriting requirements. Review affiliate-generated content to ensure compliance with brand standards, platform policies, and campaign objectives.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports, including creator activity, content output, engagement, conversions, GMV, and campaign results. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Affiliate Growth & Strategy Support: Research TikTok trends, competitor activities, and emerging creator opportunities. Contribute ideas and strategies to improve affiliate recruitment, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
- Open to a flexible schedule when campaign requirements demand.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable coordinating with creators, influencers, and clients.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliates, influencer marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
