JOB PURPOSE:

JOB SCOPE:

• Facilitation of project implementation which includes the following:
• Creating drawings using ACAD or traditional drafting for project installations as

• Preparation of a Bar Chart for Activity Sequencing in the Project Timetable.
• Assists in conducting actual measurements for projects that require cost estimation and

• Supervise all installed projects by carrying out the following tasks:
• Documentation for pre-mobilization inspections and installation contracts.
• Conduct project inspections during installation or as needed.
• Upon completing the project, serve the Notice of Completion to the Customer.
• Feedback survey that complies with ISO documentation requirements.
• Process the billings for installers related to projects completed by the company.
• Provide technical assistance to both walk-in and in-house customers, as well as

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and any Engineering courses.

Experience:

• One (1) year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledgeable in Cad Software & MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in doing actual estimations.
• Roofing and Construction knowledge is an advantage.
