Channel Development Specialist

The Channel Development Specialist for Bread Business is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability
• Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth
• Execute route-to-market and trade programs across channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets
• Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes
• Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Results-driven with good problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in sales and distribution management
• Willing to do fieldwork and handle assigned territory
