Accountant (Makati - Hybrid)

• Generate account balances and analyse financial data.
• Process payments and manage document archiving.
• Conduct insurance policy review and ensure accurate claims and premium processing.
• Prepare financial reports for HQ and field offices.
• Monitor budget vs. actuals and support donor reporting.
• Maintain audit‑ready financial documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist internal and external audits and support internal control implementation.
• Perform other assigned finance and administrative duties.

A successful Accountant should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in insurance or risk fund assessment is preferred but not required; risk advisory is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-culturally and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
