What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Marketer to develop interesting, engaging and thought-provoking content across various multimedia for our target audiences. You will be working with a B2B Marketing team that is results-oriented and is not afraid to experiment with new ideas and ways of doing things.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact content initiatives.

Your role will involve taking an insights-based approach to developing content strategies, producing high-quality written work, and overseeing content distribution across multiple channels. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in digital marketing analytics to optimize and report on content performance, including SEO, SEM, and other campaign analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to support B2B lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness goals.
  • Own the content calendar end to end, from strategic planning through execution.
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and preferences of our target B2B audience, and use insights to inform content strategy and planning.
  • Create a wide range of content assets including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, webinars, infographics, and more, tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and overall messaging.
  • Develop thought leadership content that positions TDCX as an authority in CX and emerging technology, including executive bylines, point-of-view articles, and research-backed perspectives.
  • Write and refine digital ad copy for paid search, social, and display campaigns in partnership with the digital advertising team.
  • Optimize content for SEO and AI search visibility, structuring it to rank in traditional search and to be cited by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Manage content distribution and promotion across multiple channels, including our website, blog, social media, email newsletters, industry publications, and partner platforms.
  • Partner with web developers to plan, structure, and publish website content, ensuring strong information architecture, technical SEO, and AI-citation readiness through schema markup, clear sourcing, and machine-readable structure.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation, and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and tactics.

Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content assets and successful campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, buyer personas, and the buyer's journey.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Proficiency in SEO, including content optimization for search engines and emerging AI search visibility (schema markup, structured content, and citation readiness for AI answer engines)Proven track record in website optimization, including hands-on experience with WordPress, Strapi, Payload, or comparable CMS platforms.
  • Experience in constructing detailed AI prompts for AI software like ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of generating innovative ideas and adapting to evolving market trends.
  • Portfolio is required.
  • Must be amenable to periodic working onsite in Ortigas for team meetings and other activities.
