Sales Representative/social media Sales /EC sales /online sales executive - Quezon City
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Manage emails, respond to social media inquiries, and handle phone calls across platforms like Facebook, Lazada.Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer preferences, recommend suitable products, and guide them in making informed purchase decisions.
Order Management: Process orders, follow up with customers, and address any concerns to ensure smooth transactions.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing customers.
Data Entry & Sales Tracking: Record customer details, sales transactions, and product interests accurately.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and suggest innovative sales strategies.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and meet assigned sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Long-term commitment – looking for full-time candidates willing to grow with the company.
Experience in online selling is a plus.
Background in marketing, technology, or related fields is advantageous.
Onsite work requirement – must be willing to work at the office.
