About the Role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to lead the strategic management of inventory systems and processes supporting multiple ongoing real estate and construction projects.

The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking, optimal availability, proper storage, and efficient deployment of Owner’s Supplied Materials (OSM), equipment, and fixed assets across CLI operations.

Working closely with Engineering and Construction Management, Accounting & Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and other Supply Chain stakeholders, the Inventory Manager will strengthen inventory controls, warehousing standards, project storage planning, materials accountability, and audit compliance while driving greater operational efficiency across multiple project locations.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inventory, warehousing, and asset management policies, procedures, and controls in line with company and audit requirements.
• Establish and standardize OSM storage and warehousing practices across projects to ensure inventory safety, accuracy, traceability, and proper material handling.
• Develop appropriate project storage plans and criteria based on construction timelines, material requirements, and site conditions.
• Oversee materials receiving processes, ensuring deliveries are accurately validated against purchase orders, delivery documents, and project requirements.
• Review and approve Goods Receiving Reports (GRRs) and validate Goods Receipts (GRs) posted in the system.
• Monitor Owner’s Supplied Materials in relation to project progress and recommend appropriate material delivery and inventory pacing strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, movements, aging, excess stocks, and other key inventory indicators to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead the management of excess OSM and scrap materials, including recovery, transfer, reallocation, sale, and disposal strategies in accordance with company protocols.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Engineering and Construction Management, and other stakeholders to ensure proper inventory accountability and compliance.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze inventory management reports, excess inventory cost-benefit analyses, scrap management reports, and other inventory KPIs.
• Support inventory audits and ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation across inventory operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory systems, controls, warehousing practices, and operational processes across multiple project locations.
• Lead, coach, and guide Inventory Officers and Supervisors in maintaining compliance, operational discipline, and inventory management best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Management, or a related business discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in inventory management, materials management, warehousing, supply chain, or a similar capacity, preferably with experience leading or supervising teams.
• Strong experience or understanding of inventory and asset control within construction, real estate development, engineering, or project-based operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, storage planning and safety standards, construction site logistics, materials receiving, inventory reconciliation, and asset management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, particularly in Goods Receipt/Goods Issue (GR/GI), inventory transactions, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP dashboards, Google Workspace, and inventory reporting tools.
• Experience in process documentation, inventory controls, audit preparation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to effectively manage multi-location or multi-project inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant Philippine requirements and practices related to asset control, material disposal, scrap management, and supply chain compliance is an advantage.
• A Diploma in Supply Management or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work full onsite in Cebu.
