About the role

Join the sales team of ERL Technology Solutions Inc. as a Sales Executive for North Luzon. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in expanding the company's client base and driving sales growth in the region.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your territory
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
Providing feedback and insights to the sales leadership team to improve strategies and processes
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or IT services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Familiarity with the Calabarzon and MIMAROPA regions, and established industry contacts in the area
Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales
