Schedule: 5-6 days, 8 hours each (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) • 08:00 - 17:00 (MST)
Description:
A Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual communications—including digital and print media—that effectively convey client or brand messaging, maintain brand consistency, and engage target audiences across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, email templates, infographics, presentations, and product packaging, ensuring all work aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update brand style guides, ensuring all visual output adheres to established standards regarding color palettes, typography, imagery, and logo usage across internal and external communications.
- Actively participate in design critiques and project meetings; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, and sales teams to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals; present design mockups and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Prepare final artwork files for both digital distribution (web-ready, optimized for various platforms) and professional print production (ensuring correct bleed, resolution, and color profiles—e.g., CMYK vs. RGB); organize and archive design files and assets efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software updates (e.g., AI tools, responsive design principles).
- Website Design, WordPress and Webflow experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, in-house designer, or agency setting.
