INPLANT COORDINATOR

Location: Laguna

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inplant Coordinator to join our logistics team in Laguna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, and monitoring delivered cargo to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

Qualifications

College undergraduate or vocational graduate.
With experience in receiving and checking delivered cargo.
Familiarity with warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must live near Laguna
Willing to be assigned in Laguna.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming cargo deliveries.
Verify quantities and conditions of delivered items against delivery documents.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse personnel regarding deliveries.
Monitor and document cargo receipts and discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain accurate receiving records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
