About the role
Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking a talented Field Auditor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Field Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and operations.This is a full-time position that will require you to conduct on-site audits and investigations to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
What you'll be doing- Performing regular field audits and inspections at our various locations to verify financial records, inventory, and operational processes
- Analyzing financial data and documents to identify any irregularities or discrepancies
- Documenting audit findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with the Accounting and Finance teams to resolve any identified issues
- Providing training and guidance to local site personnel on audit procedures and best practices
- Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- At least 3 years of experience in external auditing or a similar field auditing role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues
- Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- With own motorcycle
