Research analyst and coordinator (leasing & building administration)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Research Analyst and Coordinator to support our Leasing and Building Administration team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions, tracking market trends, coordinating lease documentation, and ensuring seamless administrative support for property and building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis on real estate trends, rental rates, and competitor benchmarks.
• Support leasing operations by coordinating contract documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Track occupancy rates, lease expirations, and key performance indicators related to property performance.
• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, financial models, and occupancy reports.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, vendors, and legal teams to ensure smooth lease administration.
• Maintain databases and filing systems for lease agreements, permits, and administrative records.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to building management for operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate research, leasing, or building administration.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with property management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Knowledge of lease terms, real estate regulations, and building operations is highly desirable.
