Overseas and performs the required chemical and physical analyses according to specified methods and to produce accurate, timely and relevant results.
Ensures that the analyses are released on time.
Prepares, reviews and ensures correctness of data generated.
Prepares the required reagents required for the analyses in accordance with prescribed test methods and maintains the assigned equipment for proper conduct of the laboratory tests.
Prepare samples for subcontracting to other laboratories for analyses that cannot be done at FAST laboratory.
Ensured systematic workflow by regular and proper timing of laboratory test in order of priority.
Strictly implements the established laboratory quality system based on PNS ISO 17025 as well as on other accrediting government and private institutions.
Ensures availability of chemicals and supplies by proper monitoring and immediate requisition in order to ensure timely delivery to avoid delay in test results.
Observes guidelines on good housekeeping in the laboratory and its environment, safety guidelines, proper and efficient disposal of laboratory waste.
Safeguard the confidentiality of test results and procedure of costumer
Participates in proficiency testing and other quality assurance programs of the laboratory, including method verification and validation as required.
Provides assistance in the conduct of non-routinary analysis of new capabilities of the laboratory.
Trains new hires, laboratory staff, on-the-job trainees on physical / chemical analyses techniques.
Reports directly to Laboratory Supervisor / Laboratory Business Manager.
Represents F.A.S.T Laboratories in professional circle, technical fora, etch.., as required.
Performs other task as necessary to support the objectives of the laboratory and the cooperative except marketing related activities.
