JOB SUMMARY:
The Process Analyst leads the documentation, design, and continuous improvement of Order to Cash (O2C) business processes across Claim to Closure, Order to Delivery, Request to Invoice, and Invoice to Cash. The role facilitates process workshops, produces current-state and to-be process models, and integrates process and technology to optimize workflows.It analyzes processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities, develop business requirements and cases for digital initiatives, and coordinates with stakeholders (GPL/GsPL/Process Owners/Managers) to deliver sustainable change.
Process Analyst drives operational productivity and process efficiency through standardization, robust change management, quality frameworks, and effective communication, while assuring compliance with Xerox and customer regulations.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the business to document current processes and workflows; design and develop optimal to-be workflows integrating process and technology systems.
- Produce and maintain end-to-end process models and visual diagrams; keep the O2C GBS document library updated.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement and/or automation opportunities; apply Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, and PDCA methodologies.
- Design quality monitoring formats and standards; maintain an updated Quality Control framework and parameters.
- Communicate process findings and status to stakeholders and management at regular intervals or as requested.
- Identify key reporting metrics to measure performance and productivity; provide resource capacity analysis and support HC modeling.
- Lead process redesign workshops; recommend solutions based on operational data to improve performance.
- Develop business requirements and business cases for automation in collaboration with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create and execute change management strategy and communication plans; partner with GPL/GsPL/Process Owners/Managers to deliver sustainable process change.
- Identify organizational change management issues and training needs; recommend organizational design, roles, and responsibilities to support process changes.
- Monitor adoption and compliance of implemented methodologies, processes, procedures, and best practices; ensure compliance with legal, financial, ethics, and policy requirements.
- Drive standardized, consistent processes and alignment across O2C; serve as focal point/escalation point for process issues.
- Facilitate process workshops to ensure up-to-date knowledge of O2C processes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any relevant 4-year course
- At least 3 years' work experience in Order to Cash processes
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Knowledge in Project Management or PM Certification is a plus.
