Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
- Experience in SAP Background, Documentation Tools, Business Systems Awareness, Basic IT Support Knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of IT, system and user related issues in the electronic ticketing system
- Participates in Project activities as assigned. Adheres to IT’s Business Systems Implementation methodology based on the current approved project management methodology
- Completion of User Requests related to IT and business systems
- Develops and updates the documentation of business systems related processes as well as Quality Management System (QMS) related processes
- Regular coordination tasks as required for Project activities
- Other tasks aligned with the department’s objectives
