Reports to Director of Marketing and Organizational Development

• Develop Web applications and Application Programming Interface (API) endpoints.
• Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performing web applications across desktop and mobile that align with business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end sides of our platforms.
• Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and improvements.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science
• Minimum of ten (10) years in web development role
• Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, with ability to render server-side and client-side content.
• Excellent knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (PHP, Java, jQuery, C#).
• Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in full-stack web developer role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills, creativity and achievements.
• A track record of developing web applications.
• Experience with online text editors is advantageous
• Experience with Cloud Services beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to achieving project goals and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
