The Role

We are looking for a Solar Energy Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the installation and construction of solar energy projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standard.

• Professionalism: You are a Registered Electrical Engineer (preferably a Registered Master Electrician) with strong construction execution capability. You are highly proficient in preparing and interpreting single-line and multi-line diagrams, and you have a solid understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code, ensuring that all work meets the required standards for safety, quality, and reliability. Experience with solar design and engineering tools such as Helioscope, PVsyst and AutoCAD is an advantage. You are skilled in conducting site inspections, performing constructability reviews, and validating actual site conditions, including shading analysis and structural considerations. You have a strong background in project implementation, including preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), labor and material costing, and Balance of System (BOS) components. You ensure proper installation practices, QA compliance, and alignment with approved plans and specifications from mobilization to project turnover.
• Problem-Solving: It is good to solve problems using linear and electrical paradigms. But it is better to solve them using imagination and common sense.
• Creativity: Aside from imagination and common sense, you will lead innovation and out-of-the-box thinking in providing better technical solutions to issues.
