MIXER TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Concrete Delivery:
○ Operate the concrete mixer truck to transport ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to job sites.
○ Ensure accurate load volumes and follow the delivery schedule to meet customer requirements.
○ Communicate with site managers to confirm delivery instructions, including specific mix requirements and timing.- Truck Maintenance and Care
○ Conduct daily inspections of the mixer truck, checking for mechanical issues, oil levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
○ Maintain the truck in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
○ Ensure the truck is clean, both inside and out, to maintain company standards and prevent concrete build-up.- Site Delivery and Safety:
○ Safely maneuver the mixer truck on construction sites, ensuring proper unloading and following site-specific safety protocols.
○ Ensure the truck and concrete are delivered in compliance with customer specifications, including mix quality and quantity.
