PART-TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (BATANGAS CITY HYBRID or ON-SITE)Salary: PHP 8,800
Job Description:
- Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
- Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
- Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Respond to emails.
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Meet the service level agreements set forth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
- No BPO experience required; students, homemakers, and part-time workers are welcome to apply.
