- 2–4 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or shared services environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Experience delivering virtual and face-to-face training sessions
- Experience in UK, US, or AU Collections
- Background in banking operations or financial collections
- Experience in UK or US Banking Operations
- Background in mortgage, collections, fraud, underwriting, auto/motor financing, payouts, or related financial services
- Experience in Loan Origination, particularly Motor Financing, is highly preferred
- Applicants with experience limited to insurance or payroll are not eligible
