- High School graduate or equivalent; further studies in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields are an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance operations, or shared services environments
- Proven background in client-facing, account coordination, or stakeholder support roles
- Experience using case management, workflow, or ticketing systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or enterprise platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet multiple deadlines
- Experience tracking service levels, performance metrics, and operational results
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of payment processing, reconciliations, or operational finance functions
- Experience using dashboards, reporting tools, or performance tracking systems
- Positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Provide accurate updates on payment schedules, incentives, adjustments, and related enquiries
- Promote adoption of self-service tools and digital platforms
- Lead monthly meetings with assigned stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, accounting, and support groups
- Serve as subject matter expert for payment processes, policies, and procedures
- Manage and resolve cases with proper triage, classification, and follow-through
- Meet or exceed SLA targets for response time, resolution, and follow-up metrics
- Act as primary escalation contact for assigned accounts
- Monitor adjustments, raise concerns when needed, and maintain stakeholder communication
- Prepare monthly reports on SLA results, platform usage, satisfaction, and case updates
- Review workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
- Support enhancements to systems, tools, and operational procedures
- Consistently achieve KPI and SLA targets
- Manage end-to-end payment processing for assigned accounts
- Process payments and issue remittance notifications
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and operational concerns
- Be open to occasional weekend work or international travel when required
- Adapt quickly to changing systems, processes, and business needs
