AREA MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Area Manager oversees all field operation activities including setting up of branches in the Municipality, meeting the business plan targets, and acting as the organisation’s representative at the Area level. Manage operations of at least five (5) branches in several municipalities
Duties:
Plans, implements, monitor and evaluates area-specific strategies to achieve Area targets including but not limited to recruitment of clients, collection, recovery management, branch expansion, account management and fraud prevention.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate (at least 4 year course)
- At least five years work experience from MicroFinance, Rural Banks or similar industry
- Manage a team of at least 25 headcount
- Good mathematical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of Integrity
Branch Manager
Knowledgable in Micro financing
With experience of at least 2-3 years in Managerial Positions
With Integrity and dedication to work.
Familiar with the area of assignment.(Villanueva, Misamis Oriental)
With Driver's license and motorcycle
Understand the functions and tasks of a branch manager
Understand how to effectively manage the staff of the branch
Understand how to develop and implement a Microfinance business plan
Discuss critical branch management issues with and experience branch manager
