About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin & Client Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position involves providing essential administrative and client support services while also assisting with sales efforts to help grow our trade business.
What you'll be doing- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries from clients and builders
- Prepare and follow up quotes, contracts, and invoices accurately
- Schedule and coordinate team members' jobs, managing the overall calendar efficiently
- Maintain accurate client and job records using our management systems
- Support general administration tasks to keep daily operations efficient
- Conduct cold outreach via email, social media or phone calls to generate new business leads
- Manage and maintain our social media presence to engage current and potential clients
- Proven experience in administration, client coordination, and sales support within the building, construction, or trades industry (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new software and using AI tools to streamline work
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from home
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, transitioning to full-time as the business grows (ideally within the next 6–12 months)
- Quarterly performance-based monetary bonuses for hitting targets and delivering exceptional results
- Remote role, work from home with full autonomy
