About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin & Client Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position involves providing essential administrative and client support services while also assisting with sales efforts to help grow our trade business.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries from clients and builders
  • Prepare and follow up quotes, contracts, and invoices accurately
  • Schedule and coordinate team members' jobs, managing the overall calendar efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client and job records using our management systems
  • Support general administration tasks to keep daily operations efficient
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, social media or phone calls to generate new business leads
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence to engage current and potential clients
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in administration, client coordination, and sales support within the building, construction, or trades industry (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new software and using AI tools to streamline work
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from home
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
What we offer
  • Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, transitioning to full-time as the business grows (ideally within the next 6–12 months)
