About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Lead Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at IdeasUnlimited Laguna in San Pedro City, Laguna. This is a part-time onsite role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.As the Project Lead Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our projects and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
What you'll be doing- Experienced in managing and overseeing a lot of different projects, contractors, communications, schedules, and deliverables at the same time.
- Can lead the charge on keeping things organized and streamlined, making sure they are brought to completion.
- Primary contact that will manage and oversee the contractors
- Skills would be project management, excellent communications skills and organizational skills, excellent ability to multitask and oversee different projects and people, excellent English (speaking and writing).
Schedule: 9 am to 2 pm CDT, 5 hours a day to start
What we're looking for- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Lead Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana or Trello, is preferred
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices
