We are on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Compliance Specialist to help streamline recruitment efforts and ensure documentation compliance within the healthcare and homecare industry. This work-from-home opportunity requires fluency in English and solid experience in both recruitment and the healthcare/homecare field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate screenings and initial phone assessments
• Manage communication touchpoints, including candidate follow-ups via email
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
• Oversee compliance processes and validate candidate credentials/documentation
• Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM

Qualifications:

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in both recruitment and the homecare/healthcare space is essential
• Familiarity with relevant industry terms, regulations, and hiring protocols
• Availability to work 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday, aligned with UK business hours
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
