Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator - Work from home
Over time, with training and support, you’ll expand your responsibilities to include handling inbound and outbound customer service calls—giving you the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.
Responsibilities- Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
- Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.

Note: The official job title for this position is Sales Coordinator.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
