Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting functions.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial data.
• Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports.
• Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process.
• Complete special projects as necessary
• Must be able to multitask and work on several clients on each given day.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience preparing general ledger account reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly independent but a team player
• With strong communication skills and fluency in English – verbally and in writing
• Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – from 2 pm to 11 pm Mon to Fri.
• Applicant must be willing to work onsite on 2nd floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
