About the role
Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Shopify Manager to join our team. In this full-time, office-based role in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce platform to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Shopify store, including product updates, order fulfilment, and customer service
- Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic optimizations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Manage Shopify app integrations and ensure the platform is running smoothly and securely
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve the online shopping experience
- Provide regular reporting and make recommendations to the leadership team on strategic Shopify initiatives
- 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce stores
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving key performance metrics
- Proficient in Shopify platform management, including theme customization, app integration, and order/inventory management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to derive actionable insights from store performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and e-commerce best practices
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and user experience
