This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with strong communication skills and experience in managing financial processes, property management, or construction projects.

Job Highlights
  • Monthly Rate: Oho 70,000-77,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm CST (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
  • Communications Management:
  • Monitor, respond to, and organize incoming emails
  • Screen and answer phone calls, transferring to appropriate team members or taking messages
  • Draft and send routine communications on behalf of executive leadership
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain digital file systems and document tracking
  • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars
  • Track follow-up items and assist with correspondence from project partners and city staff
  • Financial & Project Support:
  • Prepare and submit basic invoices to clients, lenders, and partners
  • Lead and manage all construction draw requests with proper documentation
  • Track payment statuses and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Email & Communication Management:
  • Manage the Jenny Investments email inbox
  • Respond to general inquiries from tenants and partners, escalating as needed
  • Rental Payment Tracking:
  • Track and record incoming rental payments
  • Follow up on outstanding or late payments
  • Coordinate with tenants regarding payment schedules or concerns
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST HAVE Windows OS computer
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and managing multiple inboxes
  • Familiarity with invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, JobTread) is a plus
  • Experience in construction, real estate development, or property management
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing/branding experience
  • Minimum 9 months of US remote full-time work experience
  • Minimum 6 months of construction experience
